Established in 1981, the company has expanded into multiple sectors within India’s urban development. The developer, with a record of timely delivery and sustainable projects, focuses on creating housing that balances green spaces with city convenience.The company, which started with mining and stone crushing operations, expanded into road construction by 1991, completing over 400 kilometres of projects across the country. By the mid-1990s, it diversified into the fuel station business, followed by the launch of ready-mix concrete plants in 2002, supplying more than 2.4 million cubic metres of concrete to date. In 2010, Roots Developers entered the residential real estate market with its first housing project, Roots Courtyard 1, soon followed by Roots Courtyard 2, further strengthening its presence in residential plots in Gurgaon. The company has over 5 lakh sq. ft. of projects currently in the pipeline, including plots in Gurgaon under the government’s DDJAY scheme.Roots Developers’ completed projects include CHD Avenue 71, Unitech Uniworld Garden, Orchid Petals, Bestech Cyber Park, Vipul World, Bestech City, Roots Courtyard 1 and 2, and several warehousing facilities. Additionally, the company has also entered the education sector and is planning upcoming township, residential, and commercial projects.
