Bishnoi, who is lodged in Tihar Jail in connection with a separate case, approached a special Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) court, saying he wanted to surrender “to face the ongoing trial and participate in the judicial proceedings in the interest of a fair trial and justice."
