New Delhi: Recently, in several reports, it has been reported that Samsung is secretly preparing to introduce a new variant in its upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 lineup. The company is now significantly preparing to introduce the Galaxy S27 Pro model in its lineup. Galaxy S27 Pro, along with the Galaxy S27, Galaxy S27 Plus, and Galaxy S27 Ultra. Since reports are typically required before debut, this is one of the strongest pieces of evidence that the model exists. So, now the Galaxy S27 lineup will have four models in the series.

This might bring Samsung’s flagship strategy closer to Apple’s Pro and Pro Max lineup. The model will aim at the users who want Ultra-level features without the Ultra’s large size, S Pen, or pricing. Leaks indicated that the Pro model might bring a 6.4- 6.47-inch OLED display with the premium camera hardware borrowed from the Ultra model. There will be no S Pen support in the Pro model. But it brings a more compact design than the Ultra. Samsung will position between Galaxy S27 Plus and Galaxy S27 Ultra in pricing and features.

However, the Pro model is rumored to inherit much of the Ultra’s camera system, potentially it might include a 200MP primary camera, with an improved ultra-wide camera, and better telephoto hardware. In some other rumors, Samsung might expand its Privacy Display technology, previously associated with the Galaxy S26 Ultra, to the Galaxy S27 Pro. This feature narrows the viewing angles so that people beside the user cannot easily see the user’s screen.

In terms of battery, it might have a larger battery than expected for a smartphone of this size. Possible adoption of silicon-carbon battery technology, with native Qi2 wireless charging support, is also being discussed, although the details will remain uncertain. Samsung is also experimenting with the Galaxy S27 series around its next-generation 2nm Exynos processor, though regional Qualcomm Snapdragon variants remain possible. Samsung has also appeared to be in demand for the compact flagship. Galaxy S27 Pro might appeal to the users who want the flagship cameras and premium features without the larger size and stylus of the Ultra, potentially making it one of the most significant additions to the Galaxy S lineup in years.
