 Court denies permission for 2nd post-mortem; family meets MP CM

NEW DELHI: A Bhopal court on Wednesday denied permission for a second post-mortem in the death case of Twisha Sharma, the daughter-in-law of a retired judge, though it directed police to preserve her body.

Advocate Ankur Pandey said the family’s plea for a fresh autopsy and body preservation was only partly accepted. Meanwhile, according to ANI sources, the Madhya Pradesh government will write to the CBI seeking an investigation into the case and may facilitate transport of the body to AIIMS Delhi if requested by the family.
