PRAYAGRAJ: Thirteen Allahabad high court judges who have taken exception to a Supreme Court division bench's observations about a sitting judge of the HC have urged the chief justice of the court to "call a full court meeting" and resolve that the HC will not comply with the direction to remove Justice Prashant Kumar from the criminal roster.According to the judges, "The SC does not have administrative superintendence over the high courts". They have also urged the full court to "record its anguish in respect of tone and tenor of the said SC order". A full court refers to an HC session where all, or a significant number, of the court's judges are present.
