Chetan Chaudhary’s friends from Jodhpur have now revealed a startling detail — Siya Goyal and Chetan weren’t just in a relationship, they had allegedly planned to permanently relocate to Rajasthan together after getting married, funded by Siya’s family money.

According to Chetan’s childhood friends, the relationship began years ago in Pune, where his father’s grocery shop stood directly opposite Siya’s father’s office — and deepened over a shared love for cricket and a friendship with Siya’s brother, Sahil.

What started as college-days closeness allegedly grew into secret trips to Udaipur and Jodhpur, wedding talk with friends, and a life the two had already begun planning together in Rajasthan.

As per a report by Dainik Bhaskar, Chetan’s friends in Jodhpur claim Siya and Chetan visited Udaipur and Jodhpur together, where his friends saw the couple in person. Chetan reportedly told them the two were in a relationship and planning to marry soon — with Siya’s family expected to fund their move.

Where Did The Couple Plan To Settle After Marriage?

Friends allege Chetan spoke openly about the plan to permanently shift to Udaipur or Jodhpur after the wedding, with Siya arranging the required finances from her side of the family. He reportedly showed her Instagram reels of Marwadi women’s traditional attire and Rajasthani culture, hinting at the life he envisioned for them there.

Why Did Chetan Suddenly Cut Off His Friends And Family?

In a detail investigators are now examining closely, Chetan’s behaviour reportedly changed dramatically two to three months before Ketan’s murder — he stopped meeting relatives and friends altogether. Why he suddenly withdrew remains unanswered. Pune Police are currently recovering data from Siya and Chetan’s phones, with their Google search history expected to offer clues on how the alleged murder plot was hatched.
