Sri Ram Sene members took out a march in Belgavi on Friday in protest against actor Prakash Raj saying that he is involved in a conspiracy to defame Dharmasthala.

Protestors, led by Sri Ram Sene chief Pramod Mutalik, burnt the actor’s images and shouted slogans against him.

Complainant-turned-accused Chinnayya, who has alleged mass burials in Dharmasthala, has now included the names of Prakash Raj and others in a writ petition. There seems to be a larger conspiracy by the Congress, Left wing forces and Christian and Muslim agencies in defaming Dharmasthala, Mr. Mutalik said.

Courts should take serious cognisance of this. The Special Investigation Team should investigate this and arrest Prakash Raj. Sri Ram Sene will complain against the actor to film chambers of all South Indian languages, Mr. Mutalik said.
