Srimukhalingam temple chief priest Naidugari Rajasekhar, who contest for Srikakulam Parliament seat on Bahujan Samaj Party ticket in 2024 elections, joined Congress on Wednesday in Vijayawada in the presence of Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee president Y.S. Sharmila Reddy.

He stated in a release that only Congress would ensure able administration in the country and it was evident with the people’s acceptance for the party in Karnataka, Telangana and Kerala.

Mr. Rajasekhar was upbeat that Srikakulam would be in the path of development if Congress is voted to power at the Centre as well as the State.

He said that he would strive hard for the victory of the party candidates in ensuring local body elections after taking the suggestions from party leadership.
