Actor Suniel Shetty recently addressed reports claiming that his son, Ahan Shetty, was responsible for high entourage expenses that allegedly led to the postponement of the film ‘Sanki’, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Shetty emphasized that these rumours are baseless and highlighted Ahan’s professionalism and recent career progress.The speculation began after Ahan Shetty, who made his debut with ‘Tadap’ in 2021, saw his next film, ‘Sanki’, unexpectedly put on hold. In 2024, reports from Bollywood Hungama suggested that financial concerns tied to Ahan’s entourage contributed to the decision, sparking widespread chatter.

In an interview with Lehren Retro, Suniel Shetty firmly rejected these claims and shared, "Ahan has never gone overboard with his entourage.

These are all rumours. This gossip was circulated as per the producer’s convenience. If the producer says that he can show a bill, then I will see. There, the father steps in and will step in, very, very clearly. Don’t spread lies to hide your weaknesses, because it’s not fair on Ahan.

"Shetty explained that both he and Ahan maintain strict personal rules regarding on-set expenses, "Ahan is very, very careful with his entourage.
