New Delhi: In Dubai’s highly competitive real estate sector, not many professionals manage to build a real reputation for trust, steadiness, and investor-first support like Imran Ainuddin Latif, Head of Sales at Bricksfield Real Estate. Over time, with more than a decade of experience across India and the UAE, Imran has earned the kind of respect people look for when they want real guidance, not just listings. He’s known for helping investors spot chances, grow long-term wealth , and make sure their property choices feel confident and well thought through.
Imran was born and raised in Mumbai, India, and he earned a Degree in International Business. He started his real estate journey when he was 21, stepping into the business through his family’s property operations. Growing up near the industry meant he saw, up close, the kind of effort it takes to support clients in reaching their home and investment goals.
For Imran, the biggest inspiration is his father. His father’s focus on customer satisfaction ended up shaping Imran’s own professional mindset. With that in mind, Imran entered the real estate world with one clear intention: to bring real and lasting value to every client he works with. And yeah, that legacy kind of continues in the way he serves people today, always aiming for solid outcomes.
In 2019, Imran relocated to Dubai and quickly adapted to one of the world’s most dynamic property markets. His strong market understanding and client-centric approach led to an early milestone when he successfully closed his first transaction with Emaar Properties within just seven days of starting his career in the UAE.
Today, Imran manages a growing network of more than 100 investors and specializes in off-plan properties across leading developments by Emaar, Dubai Holding, and other prominent developers. Somehow, his focus is around investment planning, property acquisition, portfolio growth, and strategic resale chances that are designed to maximize long-term returns
“Real estate is not just about units, it’s about helping people shape their future with confidence. My priority has always been to create sustainable value, provide candid guidance , and grow relationships that are rooted in trust,” says Imran Latif.
Throughout his career, Imran has taken on senior leadership roles, including General Manager at Primadom Real Estate and Sales Director at Visionary Real Estate. These roles helped him build deep know-how in sales management, business development, team leadership, and investor relations. His strong results have been recognized with multiple Employee of the Year awards in 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2024.
What sets Imran apart is this steady commitment to giving clients a real white-glove style experience. He blends market intelligence, openness ,and a sort of hand held personalized service, so that each investor ends up with strategic advice that fits their financial goals. Right now, his business is powered mostly by returning clients and warm referrals, which really shows the confidence and trust he has built over the years.
Since Dubai’s property market keeps pulling in global investors, Imran stays optimistic about what’s next in off-plan developments, branded residences, and those high-growth communities that sit under strong infrastructure and long-term appetite. In his view, successful investing is less about chasing whatever is trending and more about selecting the correct place, the right developer, and the most sensible plan.
Also, he’s not only focused on deals. Imran is genuinely passionate about coaching the next wave of real estate professionals, sharing practical know-how and inside like industry insights to help new agents grow into solid careers.
As Dubai strengthens itself as one of the world’s most wanted investment hubs, Imran Latif keeps guiding investors with expertise, integrity ,and a long-range mindset. Through his dedication to excellence and real client success, he hasn’t just made a career—he has made lasting trust, and that’s why he’s become one of the respected names in Dubai’s changing real estate scene.
