Two persons from Mathamangalam in Kannur district of Kerala were arrested with 1.4741 grams of MDMA in a joint operation by the District Anti-Narcotics Special Action Force(DANSAF) and the Taliparamba police on Tuesday (April 28, 2026).

The arrested persons were identified as A. Faizal, 44, of Thattiyeri in Eramam-Mathamangalam, and K.P. Mansoor, 42, of Kuttoor in Mathamangalam.
