Vadivelu joins 'Marshal', to share screen space with Karthi for the first time, A film on pirates

Karthi's last film, Meiyazhagan, was a huge hit with fans. Although he hasn't released any films since then this year, he has been busy signing new films. In that regard, 'Marshal' is shaping up to be one of Karthi's upcoming films, and he joined hands with director Tamizh of 'Taanakkaran'.

A pirate-themed period drama from Tamizh

His current directorial, 'Marshal' with Karthi, is said to be set in the 1960s and is a period film about pirates.

The film will be shot entirely in Rameswaram, and construction work on a huge set is in full swing.
