Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda exchanged vows in a traditional Andhra ceremony at ITC Hotels, Ekaaya, Udaipur, around 8 am. Journalist Sreedhar Pillai took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle to congratulate the couple. In his post, he wrote, “Finally #VijayDeverakonda got married to #RashmikaMandanna today morning at 10:10 AM.

According to a report by Hindustan Times, the ‘Dear Comrade’ couple is expected to hold a Kodava ceremony paying tribute to the bride Rashmika Mandanna’s roots. It is said that she will make a stunning entry by walking down from the mountain, which creates a breathtaking and emotional moment for the ceremony, culminating in a beautiful movement.Addtionally it also reported that after their wedding, sweets were distributed to the media and paparazzi outside the venue.

Their wedding festivities begun from February 24. The wedding begin poolside games, an exquisite and luxurious dinner and a cricket match called “VIROSH Premier League”. On the day, the couple hosted the Sangeet ceremony where the groom’s friends performed his hit songs. It is also said that Vijay’s mother handed her new daughter-in-law their heirloom bangles. On Wednesday morning, Rashmika and Vijay held the Haldi ceremony. The photos shared by the couple showed paper flowers saying Vijay’ and ‘Rushie’. Later, the Mehendi ceremony was held in the evening.Although the wedding itself is private the couple is preparing a grand reception for their industry colleagues. This event will take place at Taj Krishna on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
