New Delhi: In some leaks, it has been indicated that Vivo is preparing to debut its latest four phones in its Vivo X500 lineup. In this series, it is going to include: Vivo X500e, Vivo X500, Vivo X500 Pro, and Vivo X500 Pro Max.
Several earlier reports also indicate that Vivo might later unveil the X500S and X500 Ultra during the first half of 2027, similar to how it has extended the previous X-series lineup. In the latest reports, it is suggested that the Vivo X500 Pro Max might become Vivo’s most premium flagship to date.
It might feature a 6.85-inch BOE LTPO display with a 2K resolution, with a high 144Hz refresh rate. LIPO packaging technology for ultra-thin symmetrical bezels. It might come with a 2.5D flat panel rather than a curved display, with a high-frequency PWM dimming for better eye comfort.
One of the major upgrades is that the engineering prototype is reported to be using LPDDR6 memory. Vivo might become among the first phone brands to adopt the next-generation RAM standard, by claiming higher memory bandwidth, better AI performance, lower power consumption, and improved multitasking.
Some earlier leaks are now reinforced by the latest information. Vivo X500 Pro Max is expected to feature an 8,000mAh battery pack. Silicon-carbon battery technology is expected to enable a much larger battery without making the device excessively thick.
It might include a 50MP Sony LYT-838 main camera with LOFIC technology, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 200MP periscope telephoto sensor with a large 1/1.4-inch telephoto sensor. There will be an 85mm optical focal length for improved portrait photography. It is expected to continue its imaging partnership with ZEISS and to include the advanced computational photography features.
