Who can apply for the awards?
Startups, SMEs, enterprises, agencies, technology providers, consultancies, and AI-first brands operating in India are eligible to apply.
Can a company nominate itself?
Yes. Self-nominations are allowed across all applicable categories.
Can one organization apply in multiple categories?
Yes. Organizations may submit entries in multiple categories, provided each submission aligns with the category criteria
What is the eligibility period?
Projects, campaigns, products, or initiatives executed between January 2025 and May 2026 are eligible for submission.
What kind of entries are accepted?
Entries can include AI products, AI-driven campaigns, enterprise solutions, automation tools, customer experience innovations, data intelligence platforms, or AI transformation initiatives.
What are the judging criteria?
Entries will be evaluated on:
- Innovation & originality
- Business impact
- Scalability
- Measurable outcomes
- User/customer value
- Responsible & ethical AI implementation
Who are the judges?
An independent jury comprising industry leaders, AI experts, technologists, business leaders, and academicians.
Is confidential information protected?
Yes. All information submitted will remain confidential and used strictly for judging purposes.
What is the nomination process?
Participants must:
- Select category/categories
- Fill the online nomination form
- Upload supporting documents/case studies
- Complete payment (if applicable)
- Submit the entry before the deadline
Can entries be edited after submission?
Yes, until the submission deadline.
Will shortlisted nominees be informed?
Yes. Shortlisted participants will receive official communication via email.
Are physical products required to be submitted?
No. Supporting demos, videos, decks, or digital walkthroughs are acceptable.
Can international companies apply?
Yes, provided the AI solution has been implemented or has measurable impact in India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
The nomination fee paid for the AI Quotient Awards is non-refundable once the nomination has been successfully submitted and the payment has been processed.

Cancellation of Nomination
- Once a nomination is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or withdrawn, and the nomination fee will not be refunded. Duplicate Payment
- In case of duplicate transactions due to technical errors, the excess amount will be reviewed and refunded after verification. Nomination Rejection
- Payment of the nomination fee does not guarantee shortlisting, nomination acceptance, or award selection.
- The evaluation and selection process will be conducted by the jury and organizing committee, and their decision will be final.
- All nominations must clearly align with the core theme of AI & Technology Ecosystem. The Organizer reserves the sole and absolute right to review and determine the eligibility of each entry. Any nomination found to be unrelated or not sufficiently aligned with the stated theme shall be deemed ineligible for jury consideration and shall not qualify for any associated nomination benefits, including but not limited to native articles, social media promotions, or other package inclusions.
