Retired US Navy Rear Admiral Timothy Gallaudet stressed that the term “extraterrestrial” may be too narrow, since the origin of these objects remains unknown.

A former senior US military officer suggested that some UFO sightings could be linked to “non-human intelligence"- reigniting the long-running mystery around UFOs or unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs). Retired US Navy Rear Admiral Timothy Gallaudet said that while he has not personally seen an alien, classified briefings and data he has reviewed suggest that some phenomena appear to be intelligently controlled by what he calls “non-human intelligence."

Timothy Gallaudet said certain objects observed by the military reportedly show extreme speeds and unusual movement patterns, including transitions between air and ocean without visible physical disruption- something he said current human technology cannot explain. He stressed that the term “extraterrestrial" may be too narrow, since the origin of these objects remains unknown.

He said, “What I do know is that the nature of some of these craft is so advanced that and so apparently are obviously under intelligent control that the only conclusion we can make and has been made by those that I’ve been read into these programs who I know is that there’s some kind of higher order non-human intelligence directing them. And I know this from the fact that and I’ve seen data videos of objects that are so clearly not ours or our adversaries, for example, objects that move between the ocean and the atmosphere and back without any visible interruption in disturbance of the sea surface and high rates of speed, we don’t have technology that can do that."
