WWE Friday Night SmackDown Feb 20 highlights: Trick Williams and Kiana James qualify for Elimination Chamber 2026.

Amidst the brewing excitement for the WWE Elimination Chamber 2026, the WWE hosted its latest episode of the Friday Night SmackDown on February 20. Several captivating matches were played at the event as different wrestlers gave their best inside the ring and entertained the audience.

The night’s spotlight fell on the triple-threat matches in both the men’s and women’s divisions, determining the final qualifiers for Elimination Chamber 2026.

In the men’s triple-threat contest, Carmelo Hayes faced off against Damian Priest and Trick Williams. The match decided the next man standing for the opportunity to compete at the Elimination Chamber, the winner of which will also compete for glory at WrestleMania 42.

Williams triumphed in the three-way contest, overcoming stiff challenges from Carmelo Hayes and Damian Priest. He sealed the victory by pinning Priest after a signature Trick Shot.

The women’s qualification game for the Elimination Chamber saw Charlotte Flair, Kiana James and Nia Jax face off against each other. Fighting for a spot in the cage, the three wrestlers gave their very best and made life tough for their opponents. James ended up surprising everyone in the end by beating Flair and Jax under pressure, sealing her spot at the ultimate showdown in Chicago.

Next up, we saw Ilja Dragunov take on Tama Tonga in a battle where the two wrestlers went toe-to-toe with each other and produced an intense show. The match, however, left much to be desired about its climax when a distraction from Tanga Loa helped Tama hit his finisher move for the pinfall.

The Friday Night SmackDown had another men’s singles contest in store for the fans as Kit Wilson and Oba Femi entered the ring. It was a one-sided affair, where Femi dominated from the word go and eased his way to a win by hitting the finisher on Wilson.

We had more action in the women’s section of the night, with Tiffany Stratton taking on Alba Fyre. After fending off initial moves from Fyre, Stratton took control of the game and unleashed her wrath on the opponent.

She ended Fyre’s misery by landing a Moonsault and following it up with a decisive pinfall.

A match between Giulia and Rhea Ripley ended in a no-contest despite a gripping battle for supremacy. The match had to be called off after Nia Jax entered and led an assault against Ripley.
