Kannada star Yash will next be seen in the highly anticipated film ‘Toxic,’ directed by Geetu Mohandas. The movie is one of the most awaited projects as the Rocking Star will be seen on the big screen after the huge success of ‘KGF’.
As the film will be released later next month, the latest reports suggest it has got a huge distribution in the Telugu states.
Deal details in AP and Telangana
The rights for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have been acquired by filmmaker Dil Raju’s banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. The deal came after tough bidding from three major players. In the end, SVC sealed it at Rs 120 crore as per an India Today report. The final number shows how strong Yash’s market is in Telugu-speaking regions.
After ‘KGF Chapter 2’, his fan base in these states has only grown bigger and louder.

Big cast and pan-India release plans
Written by Yash and Geetu Mohandas and directed by Geetu Mohandas, it has a strong and big female cast. The film features Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria and Rukmini Vasanth. ‘Toxic’ is filmed in Kannada and English. Dubbed versions will release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and more languages.The film has top names like Rajeev Ravi, Ravi Basrur and JJ Perry on board.‘Toxic’ will release worldwide on March 19, 2026, clashing with the highly awaited sequel, Aditya Dhar directorial ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ starring Ranveer Singh.
