Zeenat Aman reminisces about filming the iconic 1978 'Don', revealing the surprising difficulty of pushing Amitabh Bachchan in a wheelchair during a hospital escape scene. She fondly recalled her daring character, Roma, and expressed enthusiasm for future 'Don' reboots, having enjoyed the Shah Rukh Khan-led versions.

From Prabhas to Shah Rukh Khan, several superstars have reprised the 'Don' character on screen, but Amitabh Bachchan's original portrayal leads the pack. Years later, Zeenat Aman has shared a fun behind-the-scenes memory from the 1978 cult classic 'Don'.

The actress revealed that pushing Amitabh Bachchan in a wheelchair during a key scene was far more difficult than it looked on screen.

She posted the vintage clip on Instagram and recalled the challenges of filming that sequence.

Zeenat Aman took to Instagram to share a scene from 'Don'. She wrote, "I presume there's such a thing as vintage video Wednesday? Yes, this is THAT scene from (the original 1978) Don - Roma, ever enterprising and daring, dupes the police and escapes with an unconscious Don from a hospital room."

She added that she was completely at ease during the making of the film because she had already worked with many of the cast and crew in previous productions.

The challenging wheelchair scene in 'Don'The actress recalled the difficulty of the famous hospital escape sequence. She said, "Unfortunately being smooth on set that day wasn't easy! Why, you ask." Zeenat explained, "Because that relic of a wheelchair, with Mr.

Bachchan's dead weight to boot, was awfully difficult to manoeuvre. I had to keep my poker face for the part, while actually pushing with all my might!"
