Patna: Nearly 58% candidates qualified the state-level secondary teacher eligibility test (STET), 2025 the results of which were announced by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) on Monday.Announcing the results, BSEB chairman Anand Kishor said altogether 4.42 lakh candidates had appeared at the examination held from Oct 14 to Nov 16 of whom 2.56 lakh cleared the test.
The number of successful women candidates included 1.04 lakh, whereas only 52,000 male teachers were declared successful.He further pointed out that the Paper-I examination (meant for class 9 and 10 teachers) was held in 16 subjects in which the pass percentage is 62.56 %. The Paper-II exam (meant for class 11 and 12 teachers) was held in 29 subjects in which the pass percentage is 52.17%.The chairman said candidates can check and download their scorecard on the official website of BSEB after using their login credentials.
