8 dead, 20 injured as bus overturns in Punjab's Hoshiarpur

Eight people were killed and nearly 20 others injured in a tragic bus accident near Sagra Adda on the Dasuya-Hajipur Road in Hoshiarpur district on Sunday.

According to initial reports, the bus was travelling through the Dasuya subdivision when it overturned in the middle of the road after the driver allegedly lost control.

Local authorities and rescue teams rushed to the scene and began immediate relief operations.
