Adani Enterprises to raise 1,000 crore through NCDs

MUMBAI: In what will be its third NCD offering since its incorporation in 1993, Adani Enterprises will enter the bond market next week with a Rs 1,000 crore issue. The funds raised through the non-convertible debentures (NCDs) will largely be used to pare debt of over Rs 70,000 crore as of Sept 2025.

The issue will include a Rs 500 crore greenshoe option, with 35% allocated for retail investors. Adani Enterprises will pay an annual coupon of 8.6%, 8.75%, and 8.9% to investors in its two-year, three-year, and five-year NCDs, respectively. The NCD will be available for subscription from Jan 6 to Jan 19.
