While team Blue scored seven points, team Red won with eleven votes in their ballot box. Nagarjuna then asked sanchalak Flora who she wanted to vote for to be an owner, for which she chose Shrasti. Everyone in the losing team - Emmanuel, Rithu Chowdary, Suman Shetty, and Sanjana chose Bharani to be the permanent owner. With a majority vote, Bharani becomes one of the owners.Nagarjuna then gives an offer to Bharani, asking him to choose a personal assistant from the tenants, and Bharani chooses Tanuja.
