Bloomingdale International School (BIS) hosted the inaugural BIS Global University Fair 2025 on Tuesday. The event brought together more than 35 leading universities from around the world. Institutions from the United States, the United Kingdom, India, and several European nations participated, offering students a rare opportunity to explore a wide range of higher education options under one roof.
The fair drew over 300 participants, including BIS students, parents, and invitees from neighbouring schools. With the growing demand for global education, the event served as an important platform for students to interact directly with university representatives, clarify doubts, and gather first-hand information about courses, scholarships, and career pathways.
The fair was formally inaugurated by chairman Atluri Vijaya Babu, co-chairperson Sudha Rani Lavu, head of school Harsimran Kaur Kapany, director Subhash Atluri, admin head Padmalatha, and headmaster Apu Dey. The dignitaries underlined the importance of empowering students with global exposure and informed choices in today’s competitive academic environment.
