Casio India has launched its first-ever automatic watch collection in the country with the debut of the
Edifice EFK-100 series
, marking a significant milestone for the Japanese brand’s expansion into mechanical timepieces. The motorsport-inspired collection, priced starting at Rs 25,995, introduces five distinctive models that blend traditional automatic watchmaking with Casio’s signature precision engineering.The flagship
EFK-100XPB-1A
features forged carbon in both the dial and case, utilizing the same high-strength, lightweight material found in premium sports cars. The EFK-100CD-1A incorporates forged carbon texture in the dial, while the remaining models – EFK-100D-2A, 3A, and 7A – achieve similar aesthetic appeal through advanced electroforming techniques.Casio says the collection embodies the Edifice brand’s core philosophy of “Speed & Intelligence,” combining mechanical precision with the bold aesthetics that have defined the motorsport-themed line.“The launch of our first automatic watch in India marks a landmark moment for Casio,” said Takuto Kimura, Managing Director of Casio India. “We are proud to introduce a timepiece that blends the automotive spirit of speed and intelligence with classical automatic watches, targeting a new generation of Indian consumers who value precision automatic timekeeping.”
