Chiefs heiress Gracie Hunt writes heartfelt message on Miss Kansas USA experience ahead of Miss USA 2025 finals

Gracie Hunt opened up about her Miss Kansas USA journey just hours before the Miss USA 2025 finals in Reno. The 26-year-old daughter of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt took to Instagram on Friday morning and shared an emotional note along with throwback photos from the pageant stage.

Gracie won the Miss Kansas USA crown in April 2021 and went on to compete at Miss USA later that year, where she placed in the Top 16. In her post, she said she is still thankful for everything the pageant taught her, from public speaking and confidence to leadership and sisterhood, and wished luck to all the new contestants stepping onto the Miss USA stage tonight.

Gracie Hunt said that even years later, the lessons from her pageant journey continue to shape her life.

She called pageants “powerful spaces” where women can grow and be heard. She shared old photos of herself in her stage gowns from the 2021 Miss USA competition and wrote that she is still grateful for the friendships and experiences she gained from that stage.

She also thanked her supporters and said that representing Kansas was one of her proudest moments. Gracie Hunt was officially crowned Miss Kansas USA on April 11, 2021, and then appeared at Miss USA in November 2021, where she reached the Top 16.

Gracie Hunt shares Chiefs Week 7 gameday vlog with Derek Green

Gracie Hunt also posted a gameday vlog this week after the Kansas City Chiefs crushed the Las Vegas Raiders 31–0 in Week 7. She began the video with an early morning workout alongside her boyfriend Derek Green before heading to Arrowhead Stadium. She then attended a pregame faith ceremony and later filmed from the sidelines during warmups. She wore a red mini skirt, white top and a light tan leather jacket for the game.
