Cops grant permission for Vijay's Erode December 18 public meet with 84 conditions

Police authorities in Tamil Nadu’s Erode granted permission for actor-politician Vijay’s election programme scheduled on December 18, subject to 84 conditions.

As part of the approval, organisers were asked to pay a security deposit of Rs 50,000. The venue must be cleaned after the event and handed back in its original condition.

The permission was issued by Erode police, who laid down the conditions to ensure law and order, crowd control, and proper maintenance of the event venue.
