Cyclothon flagged off in Kalaburagi

As part of Sports Day 2025 celebrations, Deputy Commissioner B. Fauzia Taranum on Sunday flagged off a cyclothon organised jointly by the Kalaburagi district administration, the Zilla Panchayat, the Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports and the Kalaburagi Cycling Club.

The event began at the Mini Vidhana Soudha and followed the route via Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Road, Court Road, S.B. Temple, Lalgiri Cross and Super Market before concluding at the Deputy Commissioner’s office.

Additional District Commissioner Rayappa Hunasagi, Assistant Director of Youth Empowerment and Sports Somasekhar V., Praveen Pune, Raju Chauhan, Sanjay Banda and department officials took part in the event.
