The mentees of Twitch star Kai Cenat during the Mafiathon 3 have already gone viral with at least one occasion involving fellow streamer Nermin, aka Cheesur, who is generally viewed as a Kick personality.

The gentleman was thus banned for life from Cenat's chat for typing "Adin Ross," the name of another popular personality.

The Incident at the Fashion Segment

The ban took place on the second of September in the year 2025, approximately 64 hours into the month-long marathon stream. Cenat, who is frequently hosting high-profile guests and weird activities in his subathons, was having a fashion show segment with the stylists Winnie Harlow, Law Roach, and Bloody Osiris. With all the noise in the chatroom, Cheesur decided to test if the chatroom was true to the rumors of not mentioning 'Adin' in Cenat's stream. "There's been rumors that you can't type 'Adin' in the chat" And then he sent the message. Within seconds, the mods had muted him and banned him permanently from participating in the chat.

Cheesur’s stunned reaction

The streaming host on Kick showed immediate shock during his own broadcast. "Oh my God, dude, guys, what the f*k? Don't! Don't! Okay, I'll never type in his name again.

Just unban me, please. F*king don't do this! I won't ever type Adin's name again." he screamed.

Adin Ross factor in Kai Cenat’s community

Adin Ross and Kai Cenat have a history of collaborating with occasional frictions. Whereas Cenat has deliberately kept himself away from making statements to the effect of filtering Ross's name, fans speculate that banning the word "Adin" in chat might be a way to sidestep unwarranted drama or derail conversations during Mafiathon 3.

The online discussion is Contemporary in this regard. Some will argue that Cenat's moderators acted fairly, arguing that spam or mention restrictions are fairly common in large-scale streams. Others feel Cheesur's permanent ban was too harsh simply for a single mention-one that was merely to test a rumor rather than create a disruption. While Mafiathon 3 proceeds further, this incident adds yet another layer of intrigue to Cenat's already headline snagging marathon-performance: an indication of just how fast moments in livestream culture can explode into bigger debates.
