The Intelligence Bureau (IB) under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has announced that the application window for the recruitment of Security Assistant/Executive will close today, August 17, 2025. Aspirants who meet the eligibility criteria must submit their applications through the official website, mha.gov.in, before the deadline.This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 4,987 vacancies across various categories. Candidates who have completed Class 10 or possess an equivalent qualification from a recognised Board of Education are eligible to apply. The age requirement for applicants is between 18 and 27 years as on August 17, 2025.For candidates interested in positions within a specific Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau (SIB), proficiency in at least one of the designated languages or dialects for that SIB is mandatory.

Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak the selected language fluently.
