Lionel Messi had landed in Mumbai on Sunday, where he met his fans at the iconic Wankhede Stadium. Many Bollywood stars joined the celebration and clicked pictures with the 38-year-old footballer, including Kareena Kapoor Khan and her kids, Shilpa Shetty and her son, Ajay Devgn and his son, and Tiger Shroff. Khan’s children, Taimur and Jeh, quickly made the headlines as the donned their custom jersey.
Meanwhile, Shetty said to the media outside the stadium, “It was very nice. Iska (Viaan) ka toh dream poora ho gaya (Viaan’s dream has been fulfilled),” as per IANS.

After 15-minutes of roars, Messi was pulled out of the stadium due to security concerns.
As the fans guessed that he would not be returning at the Salt Lake vicinity, the crowd erupted.
