Job opportunities for Andhra Pradesh welders in Qatar

The Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC), in partnership with Matrixx Overseas, has announced an international job placement programme for skilled welders in Doha, Qatar. This initiative is designed to open overseas employment avenues for experienced professionals from Andhra Pradesh.

In a statement on Thursday (June 19), Executive Director of APSSDC D. Manohar said applications have been invited from male candidates aged between 24 and 45 years, holding an ITI/ITC certificate in welding and having at least four years of relevant work experience.

The job location is Doha, Qatar, with a monthly salary ranging from QR 2,200 to QR 2,600 (approximately ₹51,939 to ₹61,365). The employment is on a two-year contract, and the employer will cover visa processing, flight tickets and health facilities.

Mr. Manohar said a recruitment fee of ₹35,000 is applicable, which includes all travel formalities and can be paid upfront or through salary deduction. Applicants must submit a valid passport, ITI/ITC certificate and work experience certificate.
