Karnataka: Planning and Statistics Department re-allocated

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Monday (May 25) allocated the Planning and Statistics Department to K. Venkatesh, who is Minister for Animal Husbandry and Sericulture. Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot, on the advice of Mr. Siddaramaiah, has re-allocated the portfolio, which had come to the Chief Minister after the death of D. Sudhakar, who was Planning and Statistics Minister.
