Remember the little girl who longed to meet superstar Mammootty in 'Katha Parayumbol'? That child actor, Revathy Sivakumar, has now stepped into a new phase of life.Revathy, who won hearts with her innocence in the 2007 hit film, tied the knot with Nandu Sudarsan.
Their wedding ceremony was held at Guruvayur, attended by close family and friends.

From child artist to young bride
Revathy Sivakumar took to her Instagram handle to share the wedding snaps and penned a note that read, "Guruvayoorambalanadayil' #married #justmarried #guruvayoor." Her post was soon flooded with comments. One wrote, "Congratulations and happy married life guys ." Another one wrote, "Congratulations da." A third one wrote, "Congratulations Chechi ."
Another comment read, "Wishing our 'Katha Parayumbol' star a hearty congrats.
"The snaps show Revathy and Nandu, clad in traditional attires and walking forwards, holding hands. While Revathy was seen wearing a Kasavu saree and bangles, Nandu was looking all stylish in a shirt and traditional mundu.
Revathy became a familiar face to Malayali audiences as the daughter of Sreenivasan and Meena in Katha Parayumbol.
She later reprised the same role in the Tamil remake 'Kuselan' starring Rajinikanth in the lead and released in the year 2008. Her filmography includes roles in 'Makante Achchan', 'Oru Vadakkan Selfie', and the 2017 film 'Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol'. In the Nivin Pauly starrer 'Oru Vadakkan Selfie', Revathi was seen playing the role of Umesh's (Nivin) sister and her character in the entertainer film got much recognition.
She has also appeared in the 2021 short film named 'Kaambh' where he stepped into the role of a character named Anu.
A strong industry connection
Cinema runs in her family too. Revathy is the sister of director Rishi Sivakumar, who made his debut with 'Valliyum Thetti Pulliyum Thetti'. Her last on-screen appearance was in Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol (2017), where she played Mohanlal’s daughter.
