Man hacked to death outside a police station in Sathya Sai district

In a gruesome incident, a man was hacked to death outside a police station in Sri Sathya Sai district on Monday morning (January 5, 2025). The incident occurred outside the Thanakallu police station in the Kadiri Assembly Constituency. The deceased has been identified as Eshwar Prasad. Police said the murder is suspected to be linked to a dispute arising from alleged suspicion of an illicit relationship. Two accused, Hari and Chennappa, have been taken into custody in connection with the case.
