Motorola unveils new Razr Fold at CES 2026: 8.1-inch mainscreen, 50MP Sony LYTIA camera and other features revealed

Motorola Razr Fold has made its global debut at the ongoing Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026 in Las Vegas. The smartphone, joining the ranks of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Pixel 10 Pro Fold, the new Motorola Razr Fold comes with an 8.1-inch inner display and a 6.6-inch cover screen. The smartphone will come with support for Moto Pen Ultra stylus input, along with on-device AI features. At CES 2026, Motorola unveiled the Razr Fold. The company gave a peek into the design of the smartphone without revealing much about the internal specifications. Motorola Razr Fold has a prominent hinge with curved edges. The camera module on the back resembles the company’s existing smartphone designs. At the front is a centred hole-punch. The selfie camera is placed on the one of the corners of the inner display. As revealed by the company, Motorola Razr Fold has a 8.1-inch LTPO inner screen with 2K resolution and a 6.6-inch external display.

To perform camera duties, the smartphone comes with a triple camera system consisting of 50-megapixel Sony LYTIA main sensor, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto shooter with 3x optical zoom, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens.For selfies and video calls, the handset boasts of a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the cover screen and a 20-megapixel snapper on the main display.
