Distance may change locations, but it rarely changes emotions. Actress Surbhi Chandna recently proved that once a Mumbaikar, always a Mumbaikar. While vacationing abroad, the actress shared a lighthearted video revealing what she truly missed after being away from India for 15 days.

Surprisingly, it was not luxury or landmarks. It was Mumbai traffic, vada pav, and even potholes.

Surbhi took to Instagram to share a fun reel that instantly struck a chord with fans. In the video, she admitted that being away from Mumbai had triggered cravings for the city’s everyday chaos. “Day 15 abroad and you are craving Traffic Vada Pao & Khadde,” the text overlay on the clip read.She also added her own twist to a popular dialogue by Suniel Shetty from the 2006 film ‘Shaadi Se Pehle’, starring Akshaye Khanna, Ayesha Takia, Mallika Sherawat, and Aftab Shivdasani.Surbhi captioned the post, “When it Finally Hits You…Mumbai (pink heart emoji) Vada Pao Teri Yaad Aa Gayi.” The clip quickly went viral. Fans loved the honesty. Many agreed that missing Mumbai’s madness is part of loving the city.

Why Surbhi Chandna almost said no to ‘Naagin’

On the work front, Surbhi recently opened up about her journey with ‘Naagin’. She revealed that she did not accept the show immediately. During her appearance on Rashami Desai’s talk show, Surbhi spoke candidly about her hesitation.

“I don’t fit the criteria….I told them that I am dying to work with Balaji but give me some other show… then they asked me to think over it and I requested some time. They were supposed to start with an actor before me, then there’s this story of reincarnation, and then comes my role in the series as the Naagin, and that’s when I instantly got into action mode,” she revealed.Rashami also highlighted the unexpected downside of being associated with the iconic franchise. “Kids come up to you and say, ‘Aunty, Naagin ban ke dikhao na,’” she joked. Despite her initial doubts, Surbhi went on to leave a lasting impact with the role.
