Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday thanked Jordan’s Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II for personally showing him key aspects of the country’s history and culture during a visit to the Jordan Museum.

In a post on X, Modi expressed his appreciation for the warm hospitality extended by the Jordanian leadership, saying the visit offered him a deeper insight into Jordan’s rich heritage. Photographs shared by the Prime Minister showed him touring the museum alongside the Crown Prince, interacting with officials, and viewing historical exhibits.

The Jordan Museum, located in Amman, is a major cultural institution that showcases the country’s archaeological treasures, history and traditions, and is seen as a symbol of Jordan’s national identity.

PM Modi’s visit to the museum is part of his state visit to Jordan.
