POCO X8 Pro series packs MediaTek chip for strong performance

New Delhi: POCO has officially introduced its latest POCO X8 Pro series in India, which includes the POCO X8 Pro and POCO X8 Pro Max. POCO X8 Pro Max is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9500s processor, and this device also houses a massive 9,000mAh battery pack.

Whereas, POCO X8 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra chip and houses a 6500mAh battery pack. POCO X8 Pro Max features a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Pro variant features a 6.59-inch display of a similar resolution and refresh rate.

POCO X8 Pro has also unveiled the Iron-Man themed limited edition.

If we discuss the pricing, POCO X8 Pro Max is priced at Rs 42,999 for the base variant, and on the other hand, POCO X8 Pro is priced at Rs 32,999 for the base variant, and the Iron-Man Edition is priced at Rs 37,999, and it is available in one storage option that is 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.

POCO X8 Pro series, alongside a limited-time Iron-Man edition, will be available for purchase from March 23 on the e-commerce platform Flipkart.

POCO X8 Pro Max

It features a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision support, and up to 3500nits of peak brightness. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s processor and coupled with 12GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 onboard storage.

This device also comes with support for Dolby Atmos. This device comes with a dual rear camera setup, which includes a 50MP primary camera sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide camera sensor. This rear camera module comes with dynamic RGB light rings around the sensors.

On the front, it comes with a 20MP main camera sensor for selfies and video calling. It houses a 9000mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging and 27W reverse charging.

Out of the box, it comes with HyperOS 3.0, and it also carries an IP69K rating for dust and water resistance.

POCO X8 Pro

It features a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision support, and up to 3500nits of peak brightness. This device comes with support for Dolby Atmos, similar to the POCO X8 Pro Max. It is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra chip, and it is available with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256 UFS 4.1 onboard storage.

It comes with a dual camera setup, which includes a 50MP main camera sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide camera sensor. On the front, there is a 20MP main camera sensor with similar dynamic RGB light rings around the sensor.

It is powered by a 6,500mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging and 27W reverse charging.

Out of the box, it comes with a HyperOS 3.0, and it also carries an IP69K rating for dust and water resistance.
