PWD minister Digambar Kamat inspects Verna flyover work

Vasco: PWD minister Digambar Kamat conducted a site inspection on Monday for the proposed 5km flyover project linking the Toyota showroom at Verna to the Nagoa-Pirni junction.The inspection also included the ongoing construction of another flyover from Dabolim airport to Upasnagar, Sancoale. Cortalim MLA Anton Vas had requested the inspection to devise a plan for an underpass near the Toyota showroom that would connect to an internal road leading to Quelossim, as well as an underpass connecting to Kesarval spring and Verna waterfall.Kamat assured Vas that a solution would be explored based on feasibility studies and technical approvals.
