Amid the raging West Asia conflict, which entered its sixth day, the Iranian deputy minister laid out a single condition for his country to “abandon" its nuclear programme.

The minister said Iran will abandon its nuclear programme only if the United States provides a “satisfactory alternative offer".

“Iran is ready to abandon its nuclear programme on condition that the United States presents a satisfactory alternative offer," the minister said.
