Citing industry sources, the New York Post reported that affluent residents in Dubai and Abu Dhabi began scrambling for exit plans after coordinated US and Israeli strikes targeted Iran over the weekend, triggering retaliatory attacks across the Gulf. Private security firms and jet brokers have seen a surge in requests from high-net-worth individuals seeking immediate evacuation.

Some clients are opting to travel by road for up to 10 hours to Saudi Arabia, described as the most viable departure point, before boarding chartered flights to Europe.
“Saudi Arabia is the only real option for people who want to get out of the region right now," Ameerh Naran, chief executive of private jet brokerage Vimana Private, was quoted as saying by the New York Post.

The sudden spike in demand has driven up charter prices sharply, with private flights to Europe now costing as much as $350,000, the New York Post reported. Dubai, which has emerged in recent years as a hub for ultra-wealthy entrepreneurs, investors and influencers, was among the areas affected after Iran launched retaliatory strikes on Saturday.
