Tata Nexon EV updated with this option: Check what’s new

Tata Motors has updated the Tata Nexon electric SUV with two new dual-tone colour options - Pure Grey and Ocean Blue. The Nexon EV is available with two battery options - 30 kWh and 45 kWh, though the newly introduced colour choices are exclusive to variants equipped with the larger 45 kWh battery pack.

Interested customers can book the EV online or by visiting their nearest dealership, deliveries are expected to begin soon.

Talking about the battery pack, range and e-motor, as mentioned before the Nexon EV can be had with 30 kWh and 45 kWh battery packs. Powering both variants is a front-mounted electric motor that delivers 145 hp and 215 nm. The 38kWh version offers an ARAI-certified range of 325km, while the 45kWh version provides a range of 489km on a full charge.

Variants wise, it’s offered in Creative, Creative Plus, Fearless, Fearless Plus, Fearless Plus (S), Empowered, Empowered Plus, Empowered Plus A and Empowered Plus A Red Dark edition. Prices range from Rs 12.49 lakh to Rs 17.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The 7.2kW charger is available as an optional extra for an additional Rs 25,000. In terms of features, the Nexon EV gets a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with connected car tech, Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, auto climate control, 360-degree camera, a wireless charger, ventilated front seats, air purifier, fast charging type-C ports, single-pane sunroof, JBL-branded sound system, voice commands, OTA updates, Arcade.ev app suite, Level 2 ADAS and much more.
