Indiana Fever head coach Stephanie White praised the 23-year-old, praising her for loving her team and teammates, and of course, the game. She told IndyStar on a Fever Insider Podcast:“It literally is like Taylor Swift 2.0, and because of that, her name gets thrown into a lot of conversations that have absolutely nothing to do with her, or her interests, and or our team or sport, or whatever.”

Clark is a fan of Swift, and has often been heard speaking about the popstar, so having her compared to her 'idol' definitely takes this to the next level. According to reports, Clark was behind the selling of every 1 out of 6 tickets during her rookie season in 2024, something she shares with her idol, who completed a sold-out tour recently. And while Clark missed out on most games during the 2025 season, she was still one of the most talked about stars from the league, despite her absence.
