Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu dismissed rumours circulating online that he had been killed in an Iranian strike, posting a video where he joked about the claims while casually sipping coffee.

The rumours made rounds on social media after conspiracy theories claimed the Israeli Prime Minister had been killed in a strike and that a recent televised appearance was generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI).

In the video message posted on ‘X’, Netanyahu is seen ordering coffee, expressing his love for the same. Referring to the false claims about his death, he joked, “I am dead for coffee," using a common Hebrew expression that means deep fondness for something.
