Three red cards in seven minutes. Chaos at the Olimpico. Napoli still walked away smiling.

Napoli’s 2-0 win over Lazio on Sunday had everything — goals, injuries, touchline fury and a late implosion that left just 19 players on the pitch by full-time.

Leonardo Spinazzola and Amir Rrahmani did the damage on the scoreboard as the Partenopei climbed back up to second in Serie A, handing Antonio Conte his first-ever competitive win over Maurizio Sarri.

But the calm ended well before the final whistle.

First came Tijjani Noslin, who managed to turn a yellow-card afternoon into an early shower — booked for an off-the-ball scuffle, then sent off in the 81st minute for a clumsy challenge on Alessandro Buongiorno.

Seven minutes later, the match completely lost its head.

A touchline clash spiralled into a full-blown brawl as Adam Marusic and Pasquale Mazzocchi squared up, exchanged kicks and grapples, and dragged both benches into the drama. Conte even found himself playing peacemaker before the referee produced two straight red cards in quick succession.

Three dismissals. Seven minutes. Game over.

As if the chaos wasn’t enough, Conte left Rome with another problem. David Neres, one of Napoli’s standout performers this season, limped off in visible pain after injuring his ankle midway through the second half. Already without Lukaku, De Bruyne, Anguissa, Gilmour and Beukema, Napoli’s injury list is starting to look uncomfortably long.

Still, amid the wreckage, Napoli took the points — moving to 37, while Lazio remain stuck on 24. Next up, Conte’s side host Hellas Verona, while Lazio try to regroup at home against Fiorentina.
