Optimal Media Solutions, a division of Times Internet Limited, The Times of India, organised the 2025 editions of its two evaluation-led programmes, Times Brand Icons and Times Real Estate Review, West Bengal, on November 26.
The event brought together representatives from enterprises, brands and real estate organisations across West Bengal. Actress and model Neha Dhupia attended the event as the chief guest. At the ceremony, she said, “Thank you very much for having me here. I know this is an important evening for everyone in the audience. This award show, through the year, keeps you on your toes. For the ones who have done extremely well in the previous year and taken away the awards, it sets a higher standard and benchmark for the ones who are following. I want to congratulate the entire team, whether behind the show or in front of the show tonight.”The lamp-lighting session was conducted in the presence of Bai An, Head of Bilateral Relations, and Ram Krishna Jaiswal, Honorary Consulate, Republic of Maldives.

Participants at the programme included business owners, real estate developers, service operators, retail units, health institutions, education groups, hospitality organisations and technology firms.

The Times Brand Icons process reviewed operations and performance parameters of brands across West Bengal. The assessment covered service delivery structure, customer interaction patterns, market reach, digital presence, category growth and consistency of activity in regional channels.
Data compiled through these processes formed the basis for segment-wise recognition handed out during the programme.

The Times Real Estate Review examined entities involved in residential, commercial, plotted, industrial and redevelopment projects. The review covered zones across the state, including Kolkata, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Howrah and selected suburban pockets.
