Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin on Monday (June 23, 2025) inaugurated various projects that were completed in his Chepauk-Tiruvallikeni Assembly constituency. He inaugurated projects completed at a cost of ₹8.13 crore and unveiled the foundations for new ones to be implemented at a total cost of ₹9.68 crore.

Mr. Udhayanidhi inaugurated a pumping station with odour control system, which would benefit over 50,000 families living on about 100 streets in his constituency. He unveiled the foundation for the construction of a urban health centre on Dr. Besant Road and also inaugurated buildings, including classrooms, on Bangaru Street in Ward 114.

In Royapuram zone, he inaugurated new buildings with classrooms for a school on Komaleeswaranpettai Nagappan Street. He also opened a multi-purpose centre at Lock Nagar in Teynampet zone. Minister K.N. Nehru and Chennai Mayor R. Priya, were among those present.
