A tragic incident unfolded on the morning of Monday, October 13 at Clarence High School in Bengaluru, where 17-year-old Class 12 student Aaryn Moses Vyas allegedly jumped to death from his school building. The incident occurred around 8:30 am within the Pulakeshinagar police station limits. Authorities rushed Aaryn to the hospital, but he was pronounced dead en route.

Aaryn, the son of GBA officer Moses Ketan Vyas, is reported to have been upset after being reprimanded by his father. The teenager, a talented swimmer who had won several awards, had recently shown disinterest in participating in a swimming competition and had also failed to complete his school project work. Sources suggest that this led to a confrontation with his father, following which Aaryn allegedly jumped from the school building.
Investigation underway
The Pulakeshinagar police have registered a case and are investigating the circumstances surrounding Aaryn’s death. A post-mortem examination is being conducted, after which the body will be handed over to the family. Authorities are also looking into the mental and emotional well-being of students in the school.
