The U.S. military, directed by Pete Hegseth, struck two vessels in the Pacific Ocean, killing 5 narco-terrorists.

The U.S. military on Thursday carried out kinetic strikes on two vessels suspected of smuggling drugs in the Pacific Ocean. According to US Southern Command, five narco-terrorists were killed in these strikes. Three were killed in the first vessel and two in the second vessel, it said.

These strikes were done at the instruction of Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth. With this attack, the death toll from the Trump administration’s military campaign against alleged seaborne drug traffickers has reached 104.

“On Dec. 18, at the direction of @SecWar Pete Hegseth, Joint Task Force Southern Spear conducted lethal kinetic strikes on two vessels operated by Designated Terrorist Organisations in international waters. Intelligence confirmed that the vessels were transiting along known narco-trafficking routes in the Eastern Pacific and were engaged in narco-trafficking operations. A total of five male narco-terrorists were killed during these actions – three in the first vessel and two in the second vessel. No U.S. military forces were harmed," the U.S. Southern Command said on X.

The US government has carried out such strikes in the Caribbean Sea and eastern Pacific Ocean since September. According to Agence France-Presse data, the strikes have now killed 104 people.
